Wycliffe Egginton

Wycliffe Egginton (1875 - 1951) was active/lived in United Kingdom.  Wycliffe Egginton is known for Landscape and flower painting.

Wycliffe Egginton was a landscape painter born in Birmingham in 1875. He focused his work on oil and watercolour. He is the father of Frank Egginton who is also a very gifted artist. Wycliffe was educated in Birmingham and Wallasey and then exhibited oil and watercolour works in the Royal Academy. He also had a number of one-man shows in the Fine Art Society and public collections in the Royal Institute and Paris Salon. Egginton lived in Devon for many years before he died in June 1951.
